I love the City Mini stroller and the belly bar is the same high quality. I am confused about how to install and how and when to adjust. I just got it and I can attach only to close the stroller. (even if it slips to the right with the stroller upright, does not click into place and escapes with scarcely a shot with one hand). When folding the stroller and push on both sides, loud snaps into place. Once that snaps into place, I explain, but then I can't adjust
